RETURN OR EXCHANGE

At Kumaai, we strive to ensure you have a seamless shopping experience. Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We do not offer any exchange or return on customized orders.

Returns or exchanges will only be accepted under the following conditions:

  • An incorrect product has been shipped to you, meaning the product does not match the item mentioned in your order confirmation email.

  • The product you receive is damaged or faulty.

  • Any other return or exchange request (such as incorrect shipping address entered or no one available to accept delivery despite repeated attempts) will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

RETURN CONDITIONS

All products must be returned with:

  • Original tags intact

  • Original packaging

  • Unwashed condition

  • Undamaged condition

Once your returned product is received and inspected, you will receive a confirmation email regarding your return.

If the product passes the quality check, a credit note equivalent to the refund amount will be issued within 7–15 working days.

SALE ITEMS

  • Products purchased during sale are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

  • Re-delivery costs, if applicable, will be borne by the customer.

CUSTOMIZED PIECES

  • We do not offer exchange or return on customized pieces.

  • We offer a one-time alteration facility for customized pieces only.

REVERSE PICKUP

We do not offer reverse pickup facility. Customers are required to arrange shipping for returns/exchanges from their end.

SIZE EXCHANGE

We only process size exchanges for standard sizes of the same outfit, provided we are informed within 48 hours of receiving the outfit.

ORDER CANCELLATION

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order at shopkumaai@gmail.com or +91-9041586237.

If 24 hours have passed since your purchase, your order cannot be cancelled and no refund will be processed.

If your cancellation request is approved, the refund will be processed via the original payment method within 7–15 working days.
